Learn what you need to prepare so you can complete the FAFSA when it goes live. You will learn about the Federal Student Aid ID, granting consent to transfer Federal Tax Information, and which information you need before starting the FAFSA.
Walk through the FAFSA form/understand parent guidelines.
December 20 at 7 p.m.
It’s time to complete the FAFSA. We’ll preview the form and discuss the guidelines to determine which parent(s) need to contribute Federal Tax Information.
You’ve completed the FAFSA. Now what?
January 24 at 7 p.m.
Congrats! You’ve completed the FAFSA. We’ll discuss the types of financial aid that are available and how they are outlined in your offer of financial aid.

Just a friendly reminder that students who are in the school building after dismissal need to have the supervision of a staff member or guardian. If students are staying after for activities, please pre-arrange supervision plans with another parent or staff member. We want to make sure all of our students are safe and sound. :) Thank you.

NDSU Tuition Award Program
For the 2024-25 academic year, NDSU will fully cover base tuition and fees for eligible North Dakota and Minnesota Students with family income levels of $80,000 or less and are Pell-eligible through the NDSU Tuition Award Program. As a land grant institution, we are committed to providing a high-quality education that's accessible and affordable. We are thrilled to be offering this new scholarship program to future NDSU students from your school.

AgCountry Farm Credit Services Scholarship
AgCountry Farm Credit Services is awarding several $1,000 college scholarships. Scholarships will be awarded to high school seniors who plan to enroll in college in the fall of 2024.
Recipients may be from an active farming or ranching family or planning to pursue an agricultural career. This means seniors from a farming or ranching family are eligible, regardless of their career intentions. Also, seniors intending to pursue ag careers are eligible, regardless of whether they have a farming background. In either case, scholarships are not awarded until the students show proof of enrollment in college. Selection is based on academic aptitude, vocational promise, personal attributes, leadership, and financial need. Please note that all applications are to be done online.

The Midkota Theatre Group presents "Employees Must Wash Hands...Before Murder" on Friday, November 10 and Saturday, November 11 at Midkota High School. Both performances will start at 7pm.

Bismarck State College is pleased to inform you of a program exclusively for high school seniors pursuing a pre-nursing major. If selected, the Direct Admission Nursing Program guarantees a student a spot in our Nursing program if progression requirements are met. Limited spots are available and the priority deadline to apply for this opportunity is December 15, 2023.
