The 2024 Homecoming Pep Rally will be held at Griggs County Central on Friday, September 20th at 1:45pm. A bus will be leaving MHS at 1:15pm and returning by 3:15pm for regular after school bus home. IF your child wishes to drive or ride with another student to GCC for the pep rally, please have this form signed and returned to the office by 3:15pm on Thursday, September 19. The office WILL NOT accept forms or phone calls from parents on Friday for permission. We have a lot of busses going to field trips on Friday and we need numbers to properly plan. Forms will be sent home with your child today. Please read the form thoroughly, improperly filled out forms will be discarded. The elementary GBB team will be going to Carrington this Saturday, September 21st for a Jamboree. The 5th graders will kick off the day at 9am taking on Pingree Buchanan. The Titan JH Volleyball Team will be headed to Carrington tomorrow for a Jamboree. The 8th graders first game will be played against Rugby at 9:05am in the East Gym. The Midkota Elementary Fundraiser went home with students today. Please note that this is completely voluntary, and no one should feel pressured in any way. If you are in the mood to start your Christmas shopping however... ;)
Attention Midkota 5th and 6th Grade Parents:
Join us and "Walk for Awareness" on Wednesday, September 10th. The Nelson-Griggs Suicide Prevention Coalition wants to gently begin a conversation about suicide awareness and prevention in our rural communities. They are asking for students to wear Purple/Teal and commit to walking for 15 minutes. At the elementary we will focus on treating others with kindness in addition to walking during our physical education classes.

2. The JH VB game(s) scheduled with Carrington will be in Glenfield starting at 4:30pm.
