In light of inclement weather, Midkota Public School will hold virtual learning today, Friday, Feb. 18. Buses will not run and students and teachers will connect from the safety of their homes. High school students, please check in with your teachers on Teams and via Zoom. Midkota Public School and Busses will be 2 hours late tomorrow, Friday, February 18th. IF conditions do not look favorable to hold school face to face, a notification will go out by 8am to inform that we will move to our Virtual Learning Plan.
As a proactive approach to potential winter storms over the next few days, Midkota Public School has developed the following virtual learning plans IF we should need to cancel face-to-face learning due to inclement weather. Please see attachment for detailed information. Students were sent home with necessary instructional materials and school-issued technology today, February 17th, if there is a weather-related need to go to virtual learning.
A C squad BBB game has been added.
On Tuesday, February 22nd, C squad BBB will play Devils Lake at MHS at 4:15pm.
We have added 2 JH games to our Saturday, February 19th, BBB line-up vs Larimore. We will have 7,8,JV,V BBB starting at 11am!! Go Titans!
Please note that there will be a C Squad game on Tuesday, February 15th in Binford against Langdon. Only 2 quarters will be played. Also, it is Parents and Seniors night. If you have any questions, please call the HS! Have a great weekend!

The elementary came over to the high school today to help send off our GBB team to Districts with a pep rally. Afterwards they spent some time with their older Mustang friends reading and playing games!
Due to the number of storm days Midkota has had to use so far this year, Midkota will begin an extended school day on Monday, Feb. 14th through the remainder of the school year. Dismissal times and bus departure will be pushed back by 15 minutes. For the full announcement, please check out our website or social media.

Reminder to elementary students, parents, and staff: Midkota Elementary students will dismiss from MHS in Glenfield at 3:15pm today, Friday, February 11th.

We were able to add two quarters of C-squad BBB to our round of games on Tuesday, Feb 15th , vs Langdon Area! That day we will have 7th, 8th, 2Q C, JV,V starting at 3:30pm at MES. February 15th is also 9-12th BBB grade parents' night and senior night!

The 7th and 8th GBB games scheduled for today, Tuesday, February 8th, vs Nelson County at McVille have been CANCELED and will not be rescheduled. The opposing school has canceled all afternoon activities due to road conditions. Please turn your uniforms in to the main office. JH GBB will not have practice.
Elementary Girls' Volleyball practices are scheduled to start Tuesday, March 1st! Please mark you calendars and, if your child did not participate in fall bball, make sure all necessary extracurricular documents are turned in to the office. We will have a practice/game schedule out next week! Go Mustangs!

-Feb 10 - BBB - 7,8,JV,V vs HWC at MHS at 4pm - a second JH game was added
-Feb 10 - GBB - C vs Park River at GCC at 4pm - rescheduled from a previous date and changed to a home game!
