Monday, October 16: Practice @ Kensal; transportation is being worked out
Thursday, October 26: 4pm game @ MES vs. Lakota
Friday, October 27: 4pm @ BCN
Thursday, November 2: Practice @ MHS

The JV Lady Titans volleyball team will be traveling to Northwood this Saturday, October 14. Their first game (GM 2) will be at 8am in the Alumni Gym. Bus will leave MHS at 6am. Good luck, ladies! https://5il.co/26vrq
Shout out to the Foster County Soil Conservation District for their kind donation of agriculture-related books to our library. :) In addition to supporting our elementary library for the past several years, they are quick to help our students learn about ways to farm or garden sustainably and provide teaching material for our teachers. Our students have a strong interest in farming and ranching, so these books are always in high demand. Thank you so much Foster County Soil Conservation District! I can promise you that these books will be much loved.
The Varsity Lady Titans will be traveling to Carrington this Saturday, October 7th for tournament play. Their first game will be at 8:45am vs. Grand Forks (Sophomores) in the East Gym-North. Bus leaves MHS @ 7:15am Good Luck!! https://5il.co/26d7f

The High School Extended Day program will ONLY be held next week on Wednesday, October 11th at the high school. High School students participating in the program are invited to attend at the elementary on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday if they are interested. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Carlin Larson at the elementary school.

4pm VB @ Park River; V, JV, C, 8, 7; JH bus leaves MHS @ 1:20pm (JH games will be played in the elementary gym); HS bus leaves MHS @ 2pm. For any players needing a ride home after the games, there will be a bus stopping in Glenfield, McHenry, and Binford. Please contact Charla @ the HS if you have any questions.
Elementary Fundraiser:
Just wanted to put the word out that fundraising material from School Store is going home today. There are of course the normal things that you can order online, but please note that if you shop online with any of retailers listed, Midkota Elementary can receive a percentage of your normal transaction. Elementary girls basketball practice will be in Kensal this week on Monday and Friday. A bus will bring the girls to practice and will pick them up after practice and bring them back to Glenfield. The bus will ONLY be stopping in Glenfield after practice. If you have any questions, please call Charla at 785-2126.

Sixth grade spent the last bit of the day leaning about making reasonable food choices and setting good eating habits. When listening to the leason, many students realized that they can still eat many of the things they like, but to be mindful of how much they eat and when they eat. These are good reminders for everyone to set good habits that can last a lifetime.
