The Titan Sports Kickoff will be held on August 8th, 2024 from 6pm-8pm at Griggs County Central. Please bring all forms, along with their completed physical form to turn in at this event. Also, please make sure your child has had their concussion testing done before their first day of practice. Dates and times are listed below.
During the Back to School Night at the HS, there will be an Internet Safety Parent Presentation for Parents and Caregivers starting at 5pm. There will be a meal served before the presentation starting at 4:30pm, on site daycare provided from 5-6pm and some great door prizes! Back to School Night will be held on Monday, August 19th from 5pm-7pm at both locations.
School is right around the corner and so is Fall Sports! Girls Golf practice will start August 5th, Football practice starts August 8th, Cross Country practice starts August 12th and Volleyball practice starts August 19th. Midkota Elementary Girls Basketball will start practice on August 26th. The Titan Sports Kick Off will be held August 8th.

The elementary gym will be closed until Tuesday, July 30th.
The high school gym will be closed until Saturday, August 3rd. This includes the weight room as entrance is through the gym. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you.
Back to School Night Student Volunteers Needed!
4-6 student volunteers needed to provide babysitting services for Back to School Night, Monday, August 19th from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the gym at the high school. Meal will be provided for volunteers. Volunteer hours counted toward the 25 hours needed for graduation.

Notice is hereby given that the annual school district election of the Midkota Public School District No. 7 will be held on June 11, 2024 at the polling locations listed below.
The polls will open from 11:00 am CDT and will close at 7:00 pm CDT that day.
The following offices are up for election:
Binford Precinct (3-year term)
Glenfield-Sutton-McHenry Precinct (3-year term)
Grace City Precinct (3-year Term)
The polling locations are as follows:
Binford Precinct - Midkota Elementary School, Binford
GSM Precinct - Midkota High School, Glenfield
Grace City Precinct - Schoolhouse Café, Grace City
In addition, voters will vote on whether the district shall publish in the district newspaper the minutes of the school board meetings.
